The phone is really well and good but there is the problem with the mic of the phone when someone calls us sometimes the mic stops working and we need to restart the phone and after that the mic starts working so this is the problem which i am facing in my new phone..

During usage you would experience that the cell is very hot. sometimes you would find the heat in the pocket also. Very slow processor. Camera is very average.

I purchased a Micromax canvas 5 E481 from your website, www.shopclues.com, on 8th May, 2016 with order number 91332531. The price paid for the goods was Rs. 9728/-. Attached herewith are the payment details as Annexure- I. Kindly note that till date the products is defective and not usable. Also return/replacement has been denied even after calling several times. Please note that I have complained about denial of service and replacement to your executives repeatedly and asked to replace/return it as soon as possible, but to no avail. Your executives are simply failing to solve my problems, coming up with all kinds of excuses to shift the blame. Further your executives especially rude and do not have any manners to talk to the customers. The entire episode was a bitter experience for me as your company is carrying out frauds with the consumers and not providing good quality products and after-sale service after promising on the time of purchase. All the acts have really disheartened me along with pain and mental suffering I have to go through due to the same. As a consequence of your denial of services and the repeated incompetency displayed by your executives, I have suffered undue hardship and mental frustration and financial losses. Kindly note that the conduct of your company can be the subject matter of a complaint under 2(1)(c)(iii) of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 as the service of your company are suffering from deficiency. We would like to emphasize that: • You have been grossly negligent and unprofessional in your approach. • We have undergone extreme stress and mental agony because of your deficient service. Given the above sequence of events, I request you to refund the amount of Rs. 9728/- paid to you to purchase the product or replace my order within this week. Additionally, I request you to compensate me with an amount of Rs. 20,000/- for the extreme stress and mental agony you have caused to me due to your negligent conduct and the cost incurred by me in trying to mend this problem. In case you fail to look into the matter within 15 days from the date of this letter, we would be forced to: • Ask my lawyers to file a consumer complaint against you for gross negligence, and deficient service, as well as additional compensation for mental agony and legal costs; • Ask my lawyers to consider the filing of a civil suit against your organization; • Start a sustained online campaign spreading the word about the appalling level of service that we have received from you; and • Issue press releases online and in the print media.
