Cancel Order

Cancel my order

Payment failed while ordering

Payment can fail due to a technical glitch or if you are using wrong credentials

If money was deducted from your account and you did not receive the order confirmation message, then do not place the order for the same product again. Within 48-hours your order will be automatically confirmed by our system and you will receive the order confirmation email and SMS.

However, if your order is not confirmed, please recheck with your bank and contact us. We will check with the Payment Gateway and the bank. You may be required to submit screenshot of the account statement showing money deducted. Back to top

Order status is 'Checkout Incomplete'

‘Checkout Incomplete’ means your order is not confirmed i.e. we have not yet received the payment of your order.

If money was deducted from your account and you did not receive the order confirmation message, then do not place the order for the same product again. Within 48-hours your order will be automatically confirmed by our system and you will receive the order confirmation email and SMS.

Is my order confirmed

All cash on delivery orders have to be confirmed before processing. We will call you to confirm the order within 24 hours. When order is confirmed you will receive email and SMS from us.

Payment declined
If you see a payment declined message, please contact your bank for details. Back to top

Status of refund request

It takes upto 2 weeks for refund to show-up in your account after it has been initiated. Clues Bucks refund happens within 24 hours of initiation.

Confirm my COD order

You can email us at cod@shopclues.com to confirm the cod order. Alternatively you can contacts us to confirm.

After a COD order is placed, we call you to confirm within 24-hours. An order is not confirmed if we are not able to contact you. Please ensure that the contact number given in the order is reachable. Back to top

Is COD available on a product

If a COD facility is available, it is mentioned in the product description (next to Buy Now link)

However, if there is a special discount through a coupon, the COD may not be available. Back to top

Cancel my order

You can cancel your order if it is not shipped. Please log into your ShopClues account for initiating the cancellation-
Sign-In -> My Account -> Order History -> Cancellation Request

Alternatively, you can send us your request through shopclues.com/support.

For Paid orders, it takes upto 2 weeks for the money to get refunded to your account. Back to top
