I am unable to login/My password is not working

Please make sure you are using the same email address that you used to register as a seller

If you are copy-pasting the password from the email sent you, we would request you to type in the password fresh.

Try forgot password

I forgot my password

On the login screen of page www.shopclues.com/storemanager you will find a Forgot Password link on bottom right of login box. Click on that link to reset your password.

How should I reset my password

Once you login to the StoreManager you can change your password by clicking on Change Password link provided on the home page.

Can I permanently shut down my store

You can send a request at merchantsupport@shopclues.com

Can I temporarily close my store

You can send a request at merchantsupport@shopclues.com.

Alternatively, you can make all your products available only after a particular date by entering the date in Avail Since option on the product. Your products will be sold only after the Avail Since date.

Or you can disable all your products till the time you want to activate your sales again.

I have not received email about store approval

Login to your StoreManager account and check what is the current status of your Store. Please note that it takes us upto 2-3 days for store approval once you have submitted Store Approval request.

How long does it take for Store Approval?

Once you are through with your Store Set up process and uploaded at least 2 products, we do a due diligence on the products uploaded and other information. Typically, a store is approved within 2-3 days.

How can I upload my store logo?

You can upload your logo during your store set up on the Online Store Set Up tab. This logo will appear on your storefront on ShopClues.com as well as all products uploaded by you.

How can I fill in my store description?

You can fill in your store description during store set up on the Online Store Set Up tab. This description will appear on your storefront on ShopClues.com.

I have signed up as a seller but still have not received the email with login and password details.

I want to change the email id on which I receive my order confirmations?
Order confirmations, Milk Run reports and other business related emails are sent to the email id of your Admin User. To change this email id, click on the email id which shows on the top right of your Store Manager Panel, next to the logout button. This will open a window with all contact details of the admin user. You can also change the password from this panel. Back to top
