 This Gift Card is issued by Qwikcilver Solutions. Qwikcilver is a private limited company incorporated under the laws of India, and is the issuer of Gift Cards.

 This Gift Card is redeemable for all products at www.woohoo.in and in Woohoo App.

 This Woohoo gift card is usable directly at the outlets of the brands in Woohoo App. Download the Woohoo mobile app from Google Play Store for more details.

 To redeem this Gift Card on www.woohoo.in, enter the 16 digit Card No and PIN in the Checkout page. The Gift Card balance will not be redeemed for cash.

 Gift Card cannot be used to purchase other Woohoo Gift Card/e-gift Card.

 In the event the beneficiary/Know Your Customer (KYC) details are found to be incorrect/insufficient, Qwikcilver Solutions retains the right to cancel the Gift Card issued.

 The Gift Card cannot be reloaded.

 In case the value of the merchandise exceeds the value of the Gift Card, the difference must be paid by other available modes of payment.

 In case the value of the merchandise is less than the value of the Gift Card the difference will not be refunded in cash. However it be used for a subsequent purchase within the validity period.

 Protect the card numbers and PIN numbers to avoid misuse. Qwikcilver Solutions will not be responsible in case the card is lost, stolen or used without permission. In case the card number gets stolen, it cannot be replaced, nor cash refunded.

 This gift card is valid for 6 months from the date of issuance. The card cannot be revalidated after the expiry.

 The cards acquired can only be utilized for self consumption or gifting and the same shall not be used for reselling in any manner whatsoever.
