How to use saffron in milk during Pregnancy: Boil half cup of milk, After 5 minutes, or say when the milk is little warm, mash 2 Kesar strands in your hands and add to the milk. Keep this Kesar milk aside. Next boil the remaining milk, adding 1 tsp sugar to it, Turn the gas off and then add the Kesar milk (with strand). Mix properly and serve.………
